Titanium Dioxide Powder 40g
As used on Masterchef Australia
Rated 4/5 based on 1 reviews.Titanium Dioxide is one of the best white pigment agents available to the food industry, it is what makes marshmallows white! It is generally used in any chocolate work where you require a white result. A small amount added to white chocolate will remove its natural yellow colour . Also known as titanium white, E171, Pigment White 6, or CI 77891
