Sunset Yellow Colour 20g

Sunset Yellow (E110) Powder Colour 20g - Water applications. Colour Index Number 15985. This powder has a pure dye content of 87.25%. This product is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified. This powder can be used to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. This yellow has all round stability and would look great colouring some masterchef macarons or other baked goods. Customers have also purchased this product for colouring fondant or other cake decorations. Sunset Yellow is often used in conjunction with E123, amaranth, to produce a brown colouring in both chocolates and caramel.

Suggested Starting Dosage:
Recommended dilution is 0.004 to 0.03%, maximum dosage in processed food is 0.034% (w/w)
