Quinoline (E104) Powder, Oil Applications. Ideal for chocolate or fat applications. Not a dye but a high quality very bright yellow pigment. This lake is widely accepted once a side by side trial with your standard oil dye is carried out. The use rate is a lot smaller and the resulting colour is vivid. Kosher & Halal certified.
Lakes are ideal for colouring products with little or no moisture. Making them ideal for oil based bakery and confectionery applications. This larger size is ideal for busy kitchens before making the move up to the 650g.
