Multi coloured popping candy from the Melbourne Food Depot, Melbourne, Australia
This popping candy is coated with cocoa butter to allow its inclusion in chocolate manufacture. The pop will not result when it is added into the chocolate mix but when it is in the mouth. This product can be used in many applications but must be added when the temperature is below the melting point of the cocoa butter coating. If going into a wet environment like ice cream we recommend sprinkling ontop just prior to serving for maximum impact.

This product is shipped to you in the best condition. This product is effected by heat, it is sugar coated in cocoa butter, this is why we recommend shipping the fastest way possible. This becomes a problem in summer, we cannot be held responsible for the product condition when it takes 10 days to arrive to you. Popping candy is very hydrophilic so it is best to store in its original container away from water, humidity and heat.

Chocolate is susceptible to high temperatures. While we take every care in packaging items to ship, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive undamaged during warmer months. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and May is at the risk of the buyer. The product is sent to you in premium condition.

In an effort to reduce the effects of temperature on the chocolate your order maybe delayed. For example if the temperature is excessive on Friday your order will ship the following week. This eliminates your order travelling and waiting in uncontrolled courier depots during excessive heat.
