This green colour has a shade to green apples. This powder has a pure dye content of 73.4% and is suited for water appliactions. This product is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified. This powder can be used to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

This green has all round stability and would look great colouring some masterchef macarons or other baked goods. Customers have also purchased this product for colouring fondant or other cake decorations. A very fine orange powder which creates an apple colour when dissolved in water.

This green colour was used in the Masterchef 2013, Lolly Bag Cake pressure test by Bernard Chu.

Suggested Starting Dosage:

Recommended dilution is 0.004 to 0.03%, maximum dosage in processed food is 0.04% (w/w)

This product is manufactured from colours conforming to FAO/WHO JECFA specifications. It shall, at the time of delivery, conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder.
