This powder provides a deep, rich emerald colour, and has a pure dye content of 73.4% and is suited for water appliactions. See the below picture for the colour obtained in isomalt.
This product is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified. This powder can be used to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
This emerald green has all round stability and would look great colouring some masterchef macarons or other baked goods. Customers have also purchased this product for colouring fondant or other cake decorations.

The most beautiful colour ever!!
18 October 2016When green is your favourite colour, you naturally purchase every shade you can get your hands on. This emerald green was exactly the colour I needed for my blown sugar balls. My past experience with colours lead me to think that a lot of colour was needed to achieve a dark green, but I was wrong.....a little goes a very very long way.
