Kandarian, Organic Certified, dill pollen is a highly aromatic spice. It is hand harvested from wild sources by Larry and the team in California.
How do I use Kandarian Organic Dill Pollen:
This dill pollen brings out the flavour in Vegetables, seafoods, poultry and beef. Sprinkle it directly onto salmon during cooking or blend with other spices. It also flavours fats very well, for example butter and chocolate. A growing group of chefs are using this pollen as a finishing spice/garnish prior to serving.

Why do we charge for this paperwork?
The majority of our customers do not require this paperwork so we are able to pass on the savings. The cost of supplying this paperwork for a $10 product outstrips the product price. Compliance is a major cost to our company and if you require this then its only fair you share the cost. These fees can get quite high for example with all the information required for Organic Certification. See below on how to avoid the fees.
