Corn Kernels Whole (Freeze Dried)

Our corn is grown in either the USA or Australia and processed right here in Australia. Freeze dried corn is very light and fluffy, hence why this bag is so big and only weighing 500 grams. FD Whole corn has a texture very similar to traditionally made popcorn.

How do you use whole Freeze Dried corn kernels?
These FD corn kernals can be eaten straight out of the bag or added to many products. Use to dress salads, soups and tacos. They can also be combined in muffins, pancakes or breadmaking. The beauty of the Freeze Drying process is it removes all the moisture but retains the maximum flavour punch.

Can I grind these freeze dried corn kernals into powder?
Some customers who purchase this product do grind it into a flour. These guys can be a time consuming process to grind, MFD recommend purchasing our ground Freeze Dried corn powder. MFD has the correct machinery to obtain a consistent result.
