Cold Water Swelling Starch - From Corn
This is a premium CWS clean label starch with excellent clarity, sheen compared to other pregelatinised starches on the market. The amazing bit is that this product is clean label.
Mouthfeel is smooth and pleasing, Think of a thick, creamy non fat salad dressing. This starch will not set to a gel upon cooling but has the ability to resist heat, pH and shear.
Used to manufacture Gum Candy. This product is dispersible in a sugar solutions by rapid shear (stiring) then place in molds to set.
