Brown (Chocolate HT) Powder 20g

Brown HT powder 20g - Water Applications. Colour Index Number 20285. This powder has a pure dye content of 73.4%. This product is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified. This powder can be used to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

This brown has all round stability and would look great colouring some masterchef macarons or other baked goods. Customers have also purchased this product for colouring fondant or other cake decorations.

A very fine dark brown powder which creates a reddish brown colour when dissolved in water.

Suggested Starting Dosage:
Recommended dilution is 0.004 to 0.03%, maximum dosage in processed food is 0.04% (w/w)
